We provide complimentary Human Resources assistance via our employer web portal. Continual education allows us to assist with many areas of HR and benefits. Greeting employees with open arms and a warm smile is one of our best attributes.
Claims payment are our top priority. We will follow through to assure claims are paid properly. Always have, and always will. My dad told all 9 of his children on a regular basis, “When you sign up for something, you better give it your 110%." As I have aged, I learned he was more than 110% accurate in bringing us up that way.our
Think of us as a consultant more than a licensed broker. We have outside business partners to assist with other business needs. We are here to educate, but share laughter throughout what is typically considered a boring meeting. Employees know we are open to questions throughout the meetings, and we are grateful that they ask questions.
As we get to know each other it won't take long until we become business family and friends. We understand the sense of urgency and welcome calls for assistance on and off business hours. Some of our best conversations are before and after hours. We realize people have a better focus, especially in any stressful moment, when they aren't distracted during the workday.
